A marine industry leader that services electrical and electronic systems for commercial vessels, tugs, barges and push boats is seeking is seeking a Service Manager to manage and motivate marine technicians and ensure optimal operation at the branch.

Compensation and Benefits
- $115-130k/year base salary, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal branch operation
- Hire, supervise and coach marine electricians and technicians
- Responsible for P&L, Costs, and Budget
- Monitor inventory levels and projects
- Perform performance evaluations on technicians/associates
- Input/Review reports and work orders
Qualifications and Skills
- Trade school or bachelor’s degree
- 5+ Marine Electrical service experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Leadership skills
- Computer Literate with Microsoft office (Excel) experience
- Basic accounting experience with Budgets and Parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
