Compensation and Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and diagnose marine electrical & electronic systems
- Work on electrical circuits
- Experience with marine switchboards, starters, alarms, steering systems, 3-phase motors, marine electrinics, & grounding techniques
- Read/interpret drawings and schematics
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair to pumps
- Lead and mentor lower level technicians
- Travel to customer sites
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of marine electrical experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with insurable status
- Excellent communication skills
