A multinational concrete formwork company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to continue growing its current accounts and establish new business. The ideal candidate has sold to or interacted with commercial construction companies and general contractors, and has experience with construction plans and blueprints.
Location
- Territory: Houston, TX – Dallas, TX

- $75k base + $50k commission (guaranteed commission possible for the first few months)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new business accounts and maintain and grow current accounts
- Utilize CRM system for sales prospecting
- Establish key relationships with construction companies and general contractors
- Work with engineering team to create proposals
- Visit client sites on a regular basis
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a basic understanding of construction design plans and blueprints
- Proven sales track record
- Concrete formwork, scaffolding experience is a plus
- Sales experience ideally with commercial construction companies/general contractors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Civil Engineering or construction management experience is a plus
