An established, in-home senior care company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and community involvement as well as maintaining current accounts. The ideal candidate has worked in business development/sales in the senior care industry with a proven track record.
Job Type a Location and Schedule
- This role is office-based when not visiting clients
- Office Location: Riverside, CA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- $70-80K/year + commission
- Car Allowance or company car

Duties and Responsibilities
- Brings in new business through networking and prospecting among Hospitals, VA Clinics, Rehab Facilities, nursing homes, assisted living, and other retirement or senior care communities
- Maintains accounts by visiting current clients and following up with customers
- Leads presentations and events, representing the company in trade shows, community events and conferences
- Assists with marketing campaigns
- Maintains and manages a CRM system
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of sales/business development experience, ideally in the senior care, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales industry
- College degree preferred
- Must be extremely customer oriented, with a caring attitude and willingness to help others
- Must be comfortable with cold calling, warm calling and networking
- Experience with in-home senior care sales & business development a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires a valid driver’s license
