Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance programs and capital projects to improve plant operations continually.
- Extend the lifespan of plant assets through effective preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including condition-based programs.
- Ensure a safe working environment, safety accountability, and advanced maintenance activities, such as oil analysis and critical project planning.
- Budget management, long-term vision development, and coordination with project departments for capital projects and shutdowns.
- Oversee maintenance of computerized systems, support the Production Department, and monitor KPIs while supervising mechanical maintenance and new equipment installations.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5-10 years of related experience and leading teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent communication skills via: email, phone and in person
- Ability to work in fast paced, high demand environment
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat and SAP or Oracle
