A nationwide Electric Services Company is seeking a Lead Accountant with experience in Project Accounting. The candidate will track costs, expenses and cash flows for specific projects, month-end financial statement analysis, journal entries and budgeting, and participate in meetings with key team members.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Accounting: tracking costs, expenses and cash flow of specific projects
- Perform & review month-end financial statements
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Review and analyze statements
- Provide direction and assistance in AP/AR functions
- Assist with external audit preparation
- Prepare budgets and analysis
- Update and improve operating procedures
- Forecasting Analytics
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of related experience
- Project accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very good grammar
- NetSuite experience required
- Concur experience preferred
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat and Oracle
