A mineral rights investment company large is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to act as a point of contact for current and new/potential clients.

Compensation and Benefits
- $45k-55k/year, depending on experience + 15k-40k/Commission

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new customers: cold calls, call-ins or other channels
- Assist with new quotes, reservations, and contracts
- Customize and distribute marketing materials based on prospect attitudes and conversations.
- Manage the entire full-cycle sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Develop excellent customer service to increase revenue
- Communicate with customers to maintain, retain, and gain business.
- Other administrative tasks: Maintain accurate CRM activity notes and offer support to other departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+years of sales experience
- SalesForce or a similar CRM system experience
- Excellent communication skills via: email, phone and in person
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word and computer skills
