A company that specializes in design, commissioning, and construction for Universities, Hospitals and Commercial Buildings is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from design to construction phases. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience with mechanical construction/commissioning projects including HVAC, Lighting, and other.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors and employees and hire additional labor as needed
- Review drawings and designs
- Negotiate service and equipment contracts with vendors and contractors
- Obtain permits as needed
- Work with architects and engineers on project specifications and modifications
- Hold weekly meetings
- Review and analyze budget
- Prepare project schedule and ensure milestones are being met
- Adhere to HSSE standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
- PMP or related certification a plus
- Experience working on commercial/healthcare projects including: new build, renovation and system optimization
- Building Automation Experience (BAS) experience ideal (Siemens, Tridium, Emerson, Johson Controls)
- HVAC/Mechanical experience for facilities
- Electrical experience ideal
- Data Center commissioning experience ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiar with HSSE policies
- Someregional travel is required
