An established, in-home senior care provider company is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to source, interview, hire, onboard, retain caregiver employees and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate has performed HR onboarding and hiring duties for hourly employees in the healthcare industry.
Job Type, Location
- Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Location: Madera, CA 93637
Compensation and Benefits
- $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Duties and Responsibilities
- In charge of ensuring compliance with all HR policies for caregiver and staff employees
- Serves as a point of contact for all HR related matters including performance reviews, and disciplinary issues with current staff
- Performs full cycle recruiting duties for care givers (hourly employees)
- Oversees sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing onboarding, and retention
- Utilizes hiring software to screen and select best-fit candidates
- Creates and monitors job posts
- Represents company at job fairs, college campuses, and professional and community networking groups
- Networks with organizations including churches, schools, and community centers, to source candidates
- Performs other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of related Human Resources hiring/onboarding experience
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business or other) preferred
- PHR certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience with in-home senior care a plus
- Experience managing hourly employees
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
