A nationwide company that specializes in Data Center and Commercial Building design, commissioning, and construction, is seeking an Entry Level Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of commercial projects. The ideal candidate can be a recent Construction Management grad, who is wiling to travel extensively.
Job Type & Location
· Can be based in Houston, TX but must be willing to travel: Sunday to Thursday every week
· Direct Hire, full-time job.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Supervise contractors and employees and hire additional labor as needed
· Review drawings and designs
· Negotiate service and equipment contracts with vendors and contractors
· Obtain permits as needed
· Work with architects and engineers on project specifications and modifications
· Commercial building, construction, block wall, foundation
· Review and analyze budget
· Prepare project schedule and ensure milestones are being met
· Adhere to HSSE standards
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s in Construction Management
· Ability to lead and communicate effectively
· PMP or related certification a plus
· Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
· Familiar with HSSE policies
