A nationwide Electric Services Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with order processing, data entry, customer service, bookkeeping and other administrative tasks. We are looking for a very friendly and easygoing candidate with a great work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and employees
  • Answer the phone and resolve customer issues
  • Assist with various administrative tasks in the office including: data entry, maintain client files, update policies and documentation, and other miscellaneous duties
  • Assist with receiving emails, documents and packages
  • Assist with payroll and other bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer oriented and friendly attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very good grammar
  • Accounting or payroll experience ideal, NetSuite experience a plus
  • Computer iterate, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat and Oracle
