An established, in-home senior care provider company is seeking an Operations Director/Office Manager to hire, onboard, train, and schedule employees, handle patient/customer service issues, meet with new clients and assist with other administrative duties.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $50-65k/year salary based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Manage daily operations of the office
  • Handle incoming calls from clients, mitigate complaints
  • Administrative duties including: Billing, Invoicing, filing, and payment processing
  • Perform client visits and employee visits, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with recruiting, on boarding and training new employees
  • Perform online Dementia and Parkinsons specialty program compliance and trainings
  • Attend networking events, job fairs and other events as required
  • Collect and process timesheets and perform payroll functions
  • Schedule caregivers/employees at their respective client locations
  • Occasionally On-Call availability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 years of related experience
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • HR on boarding experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
