An established, in-home senior care provider company is seeking an Operations Director/Office Manager to hire, onboard, train, and schedule employees, handle patient/customer service issues, meet with new clients and assist with other administrative duties.

Compensation and Benefits
- $50-65k/year salary based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the office
- Handle incoming calls from clients, mitigate complaints
- Administrative duties including: Billing, Invoicing, filing, and payment processing
- Perform client visits and employee visits, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, on boarding and training new employees
- Perform online Dementia and Parkinsons specialty program compliance and trainings
- Attend networking events, job fairs and other events as required
- Collect and process timesheets and perform payroll functions
- Schedule caregivers/employees at their respective client locations
- Occasionally On-Call availability.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of related experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experienced with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- HR on boarding experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
