Our Hiring Process

Initial Meeting

We will set up a call to discuss your employment needs and get a thorough understanding of the soft & technical skills required for the role.

Best-Fit Matching

Our recruiting team will conduct both an internal search within our current pool of qualified candidates as well as an external search to ensure optimal selection.

Interview Selection

We will present the best 3-5 candidates for interviews and will also help manage the interview scheduling process.

Hiring

We will assist with onboarding needs and also offer payroll services for contract/hourly assignments if needed.

Post-Hire Follow Ups

Our job does not end after onboarding. We follow up with our hiring managers on a regular basis and also have scheduled check ins and one-on-one coaching sessions with our candidates, ensuring beneficial work dynamics for all.
